it will be interesting to see what mitt romney will say about foreign policy when we meet next, because he said it was tragic to end the war in iraq. he will not tell us how he will end the war in afghanistan. and i will use the money we are no longer spending on war to pay down our debt and put more people back to work, rebuilding our roads and bridges and schools and runways and broadband lines, because after a decade of war, it is time to do some nation-building at home and do and put some folks to work at home. this is the choice we now face. this is what the election comes down to. over and over we had been told by our opponents that since government cannot do everything, it should do almost nothing, if you cannot afford health insurance, we hope you do not get sick, and that if a company is releasing toxic pollution into the air, that is the price of progress. you cannot go to college -- just borrow money from your parents. as i described last night, that is not who we are, not what this country is about. in america we believe we are in this together. we understand america is not
